Johnson. DSHS petitioned this court for a writ of certiorari for review of the trial court's finding that the juvenile court jurisdiction statute, RCW 13.04.260,*fn1 by which DSHS extended respondent's commitment past his 18th birthday, was ex post facto as applied to respondent.
